To help keep you growing, we are offering a free contactless kerb-side delivery service of plants and gardening essentials to the local community.

We will only accept orders of £75 or more to the following postcodes:

SE1, SE4, SE5, SE11, SE15, SE16, SE17, SW2, SW8 & SW9

We will only deliver to locations where it is possible to make a contactless kerb-side delivery drop. Unfortunately we are unable to post items outside of these postcodes, however if you're based in London we may be able to deliver a large order for a delivery fee - email [email protected] for more information before ordering.

If your order is under £75, you will be contacted and your order refunded.

Click and Collect

A Click and Collect service is available for orders over £75 - and will be available to collect 24 hours after the order has been placed or sooner if we notify you by email. As we mainly sell living plants, click and collect orders will only be held for 48 hours before being refunded and returned to sale. At the present time we do not post plants outside our delivery area.

What to expect when you order from us

We will email to confirm your delivery has been prepared and again when it’s on its way to you (we deliver every Friday).

You will get a call from a withheld (No Caller ID) number when we are delivering your order, please answer this call so we can confirm you have received your order. Failure to answer will result in your order coming back to the garden.

All orders will be prepared and delivered following strict Public Health England guidance, we will not deliver into or through a building, including flat blocks and apartments. Deliveries will only be left at the kerbside for you to retrieve.

We will unload your delivery before notifying you of its arrival. If you see us delivering, please keep a social distance (2m), don't offer to help unload, we will refuse.

As goods cannot be signed for, if we need to we will photograph a delivery once it is completed as a record to ensure no items were missed.

Refunds + other issues

We are on hand to give you the best possible advice we can about your plants, before and after purchase. We don’t however offer returns, exchanges or refunds for plant or perishable purchases.

We've tried to make sure plant photos are as clear and honest as possible, but please be aware that plants are living things, and plant to plant variation means they may not always look exactly like the one photographed.

We welcome returns of plastic nursery pots for the plants you purchased from us, as long as the pots are clean and free of labels or writing, we reserve the right to turn down a nursery pot return if pots are unclean, haven't come from us or if we have run out of room.

We are not accepting amendments to orders, so please double check your order before paying.
